1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SOGSOOG mobile applications, websites, and services—including the SOGSOOG Rider App, SOGSOOGDRIVE Driver App, and all related tools and features (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must stop using it right away if you disagree.

SOGSOOG is operated by Webdesk LLC, a U.S.-registered company providing digital ride-sharing and delivery technology services worldwide.

2. Nature of Service

SOGSOOG is a technology platform, not a transportation provider.

It connects independent drivers and riders (passengers) to arrange trips and deliveries.

SOGSOOG:

Does not own or operate vehicles,

Does not employ Drivers, and

Does not guarantee, monitor, or supervise the performance or legality of any trip or delivery.

Each trip is a private agreement between the rider and the driver.

SOGSOOG’s function is limited to providing the technology that enables communication, booking, navigation, and secure payments.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use SOGSOOG:

You must be 18 years or older.

You must provide accurate and verifiable information.

You may only maintain one account.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

SOGSOOG may request identity verification to ensure compliance with local laws.

Should you lose access to your phone or suspect any unauthorized activity, please reach out to support@sogsoog.com without delay.

4. User and Driver Conduct

Riders agree to:

Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations.

Pay fares shown within the app using approved payment methods.

Treat drivers respectfully and follow safety precautions.

Avoid repeated cancellations or misuse of the platform.

Drivers agree to:

Hold valid driver’s licenses and insurance.

Drivers must operate only the vehicle that is registered under their SOGSOOG account.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.

Refrain from using drugs, alcohol, or reckless behavior.

Never accept or demand cash payments outside the platform.

Communicate professionally with riders.

Use Rider data only for trip-related purposes.

Failure to comply may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Driver Legal Compliance & Local Permits (Morocco)

SOGSOOG operates solely as a technology intermediary connecting independent drivers and riders.

SOGSOOG and Webdesk LLC do not verify, monitor, or enforce whether drivers possess the required licenses, transport authorizations, or commercial permits under Moroccan law.

Each driver is personally and legally responsible for:

Holding a valid Moroccan driver’s license suitable for passenger or goods transport.

Registering their vehicle and maintaining valid insurance coverage.

Obtaining all required local, municipal, or national transport permits as defined by Moroccan authorities.

Complying with Moroccan tax, traffic, and labor laws relevant to their activity on the Platform.

SOGSOOG assumes no liability for any penalties, arrests, legal actions, or damages arising from a driver’s failure to comply with Moroccan licensing, transportation, or regulatory requirements.

By using SOGSOOG, drivers confirm that they operate independently and are not employees of Webdesk LLC or SOGSOOG.

6. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Fares are displayed in the app and must be paid through authorized channels.

SOGSOOG may charge a commission or platform fee to drivers.

Refunds are processed only for verified disputes or technical difficulties within 10 business days.

Refunds are non-cash and sent through the original payment method.

Promotional credits are non-transferable and may be voided in cases of fraud.

Drivers must settle any negative balance within two days to avoid suspension.

7. Cancellations and No-Shows

Riders may cancel before a driver accepts without penalty.

Cancelling after acceptance may result in a cancellation fee.

If a rider does not appear, the driver must mark “Passenger did not show.”

Frequent cancellations or no-shows may lead to suspension.

8. Safety and Emergency Assistance

While SOGSOOG verifies driver documents, it cannot guarantee absolute safety.

Both drivers and riders must exercise reasonable caution, such as

Verifying the driver’s name, photo, and vehicle before entering.

Wearing seatbelts at all times.

Sharing trip details with trusted contacts.

The SOS button allows direct contact with local authorities in emergencies.

SOGSOOG is not responsible for accidents, theft, or harm resulting from negligence, unsafe conduct, or failure by either party to take precautions.

9. Communication Policy

All communication must:

Remain professional and trip-related.

Occur through in-app chat or calls.

Exclude personal information unless necessary.

Cease once the trip concludes (except for lost items).

SOGSOOG may review messages for safety and compliance.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activity.

Create fake accounts or manipulate GPS/location data.

Access or modify SOGSOOG’s software or systems.

Upload offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content.

Misrepresent your identity or purpose.

Violations may result in termination and legal action.

11. No Involvement in Transactions & Disclaimer of Liability

SOGSOOG’s role is limited to providing a digital platform for user connection.

SOGSOOG:

Does not participate in or control any transactions between drivers and riders.

Does not guarantee the safety, legality, or completion of trips.

Is not liable for damages, losses, or misconduct during or after rides.

If riders or drivers fail to follow safety guidelines or legal requirements, SOGSOOG holds no responsibility for resulting harm, injury, or loss.

Users must directly resolve any disputes or claims between themselves.

By using SOGSOOG, you agree that all interactions occur at your own risk.

12. Data Privacy and Protection

We collect and process personal information under our Privacy Policy (updated October 25, 2025).

Key principles include:

Minimal and secure data collection (name, phone, trip data).

BBackground location is used for trip tracking and safety in the Driver App.

NThere is no sale of personal data to third parties.

Account and data deletion requests processed within 7–14 business days.

13. Intellectual Property

All SOGSOOG software, logos, and materials are property of Webdesk LLC or its licensors.

YYou are granted a limited, personal license to use them lawfully.

UUnauthorized copying, modification, or resale of SOGSOOG software, logos, and materials is strictly prohibited.

14. Suspension and Termination

SOGSOOG may restrict or terminate your account if:

You breach these Terms,

Fraud or illegal activity is detected, or

Required by law or regulation.

SSuspension appeals can be submitted to support@sogsoog.com.

15. Limitation of Liability

Webdesk LLC (SOGSOOG) is not liable for any injuries, property loss, or damages during rides to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Injuries, property loss, or damages during rides.

Driver or rider negligence or misconduct.

Technical failures, interruptions, or app errors.

Indirect or consequential losses.

LLiability, if proven, is limited to the fees paid in the three months prior to the incident.

16. Indemnification

YYou agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Webdesk LLC, its affiliates, and partners against any claims or damages that arise from:

Your breach of these Terms,

Misuse of the Platform, or

Disputes between you and other users.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

TThese terms are governed by U.S. law, and they comply with Moroccan law where applicable.

If disputes cannot be settled amicably:

IInternational disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

LLocal disputes related to SOGSOOG's operations in Morocco may be brought before Moroccan courts.

18. Amendments

SOGSOOG may modify these Terms periodically.

Updates will be posted at https://sogsoog.com/terms-of-use.

YOur continued use indicates our acceptance of the new version.
